The primary purpose of this position is to deliver remote support to our premium customers within the HPS Technical support organization, via remote tools and following alert/process monitoring commitments in our A360 contracts. Remote monitoring services are based on Predictive Analysis, Enabled Services, SPA software. Work closely with peer colleagues globally to monitor the base installed and identify/solve proactively technical problems identified in our preventive services. Analyze reactive incidents at site and be able to identify root cause analysis to avoid similar incidents in the future & to the other global sites. Visit to customer locations may be required for Premium support services.
Key Responsibilities
+ Responsible for providing remote support and services for Honeywell A360 contracts, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
+ Execute Honeywell GTAC System Audits and other standard audit checklists to ensure customer site systems are configured according to recommendations.
+ Facilitate the identification and analysis of issues, reporting findings to regional stakeholders, and collaborating with the global team for resolution.
+ Manage and respond proactively to customer queries and issues, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
+ Maintain comprehensive case documentation and collaborate with A360 Performance Managers to ensure technical recommendations resolve customer issues effectively.
+ Support A360 Performance Managers in delivering remote solutions at customer sites, demonstrating PSC values consistently with each delivery.
+ Stay current with the broad HPS product/systems portfolio, maintaining expert knowledge on the TPS and Experion-DCS product line **.**
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Engineering degree in electronics, Computer Science, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
+ 5-8+ years of experience in system engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.
+ Fluent in Spanish Speaking is preferrable.

+ 5+years experience with Honeywell process control systems.
+ Customer facing experience
+ Experience in the industry like Oil& gas, Refinery ,Chemical or Pharma is preferred
+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
+ Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
+ Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Tools like SharePoint, Power Bi
+ Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management
+ Good administration skills
+ Some experience with a variety of the business’s product programming languages
+ Maintain proactive and timely communications, providing frequent and informative customer updates.
+ 5 – 8 years of experience with:
+ Experion PKS Controller family and related architecture.
+ Experion PKS Client/Server products.
+ TPS/TPN Systems
+ SCADA Integration.
+ C200/C300
+ Experion Migrations
+ FTE
+ Working experience with TCP/IP networks (network/device configuration)
+ OPC
+ ELCN/EUCN/EHPM
+ Cisco Switches
+ Experience in Dell Hardware configuration and troubleshooting
+ Virtualization
+ Domain Controller/Active Directory
