As an Advanced Field Service Engineer with a focus on Project Delivery and Coordination, you will lead and execute complex service projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and customer satisfaction. This role combines organizational and customer management skills with the ability to collaborate closely with technical Field Service Engineers to deliver new installations, upgrades, expansions, and system integrations for Honeywell’s Building Management System and cloud-connected solutions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
+ Oversee technical installations, commissioning, and system integrations with Field Service Engineers.
+ Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and ensure contract compliance.
+ Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
+ Ability to travel up to 50%
You Must Have
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in project delivery, including managing timelines, resources, and vendors.
+ Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and resource management.
+ Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
+ Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this position is $94,800 - $118,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
