Job Description:
Amergis is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in supporting K–12 students across schools in Cumberland County, North Carolina. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and student needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
+ Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
+ Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
+ Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Active North Carolina SLP License (Required)
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB test or chest X-ray (if applicable)
Position Details:
+ Caseload: High caseloads across K–12 settings
+ Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time options (37.5 hours/week preferred)
