Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Position Overview:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating students, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering therapeutic services, and documenting progress in alignment with each student’s plan of care. The OT plays a vital role in supporting students’ physical, emotional, and academic development through targeted interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ functional abilities

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

+ Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established goals

+ Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and regulations

Minimum Requirements:

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

+ One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience (preferred)

+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
