    Start Date: December 8, 2025

     

    Contract Length: 3 months (possible extensions) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: None

    Requirements

    + Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)

    + Active California medical license

    + DEA & BLS certifications

    + Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience

     

    Clinic Details

     

    + Outpatient Primary Care setting

    + EMR: Athena

    + Patient Volume: ~10-14/day

    + No weekends or call
