Job Description:

We’re looking for a dependable and professional Armed Field Supervisor to join our growing security team. The ideal candidate brings experience from law enforcement, the military (NCO or commissioned officer), or corrections, with a strong commitment to leadership, accountability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct field inspections of security agents across the city and surrounding suburbs

+ Build and maintain positive client relationships

+ Complete accurate and timely reports

+ Provide armed coverage during emergencies or staffing shortages

+ Support mandatory coverage during select religious holidays

Qualifications:

+ Act 235 certification and Concealed Carry Permit (required)

+ Background in law enforcement, military, or corrections

+ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel expenses reimbursed)

+ Ability to adapt to changing schedules and emergent needs

Additional Details:

+ Full-time position – 40 hours per week

+ Compensation: Senior to LEO pay bracket
