+ 3 years minimum experience in an office environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management/staff within assigned division/department or unit
Job Duties
+ Provide administrative support and perform a variety of work activities including:
+ Assist the AAIII with everyday administrative support
+ Greet, screen, and route visitors.
+ Handle all registration issues, particularly overrides
+ Assist chair with schedule of classes
+ Maintain Google Calendar and Live 25 – entering classes and conference/
+ meeting schedules
+ Prepare photocopies of exam, quizzes and handouts for faculty and students.
+ Open and distribute incoming mail.
+ Other duties as assigned.
