At Logan Health Primary Care – Columbia Falls, we believe that great care begins with great people. Our team provides compassionate, patient-centered care to families across the Flathead Valley. As a Medical Assistant (RMA or CMA), you’ll play an essential role in supporting providers and helping patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their health journey.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and is eager to grow their skills. If you have lab or phlebotomy experience, that’s a bonus — but we are happy to train the right candidate on lab draws and related procedures.

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare patients for exams and procedures, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories accurately.

+ Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.

+ Perform clinical tasks including specimen collection and routine lab draws (training provided as needed).

+ Maintain clean, organized exam and lab spaces, ensuring all equipment is properly disinfected and ready for use.

+ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to provide a seamless and positive experience.

What You’ll Bring

+ Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.

+ Previous experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.

+ Lab or phlebotomy experience is preferred, but not required — training will be provided.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic lab procedures preferred.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
