We are seeking a skilled QA professional with hands-on experience in POS testing within the Retail and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and Regression Testing, along with expertise in defect management and Agile methodologies.

Your role

+ Conduct manual testing for Point of Sale (POS), Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and other store operations functionalities in QSR environments.

+ Execute SIT, E2E, and regression testing across POS, KDS, and integration layers to ensure seamless functionality.

+ Identify, log, and manage defects using JIRA; actively participate in defect triage meetings with onshore and offshore teams.

+ Perform backend data validation and verification using SQL queries, focusing on order processing, payment transactions, and data synchronization.

+ Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria.

+ Collaborate closely with development, business, and UAT teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Your skills and experience

+ Proven experience in POS testing within Retail/QSR domains.

+ Strong proficiency in manual testing, including SIT, E2E, and regression cycles.

+ Expertise in JIRA for defect tracking and Agile project management.

+ Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
