• Lead Full Stack Developer

    Raymond James Financial, Inc. (St. Petersburg, FL)


    This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 2-3 averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the design , development and delivery of cutting edge Supervisory Technology solutions.

    + Collaborate with Supervisory business , Business Analysts , Project Managers and Cross team to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

    + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

    + Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.

    + Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.

    + Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.

    + Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues as needed.

    Skills** **:

    + 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, distributed applications.

    + Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and influencing technical direction

    + Strong expertise on Java or Python tech stacks as below but not limited to **Front End – React / Angular** **Server Side – Springboot / Django / Fast API** **Backend – Oracle / Postgres / MySQL**

    + Expert level knowledge in Public Cloud - preferable AWS

    + Knowledge on Kubernetes , Containerization , OAUTH , Testing Framework , JSP , XSL

    + Knowledge of LLM ‘s , Actimize is a plus
