             Responsibilities • Define, deliver, and adapt specialized financial products that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. • Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control. • Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region that will assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed. • Monitor team members' use of the CRM system, identifying and resolving standard issues and escalating them to a senior manager as appropriate. • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Skills • Express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, & policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications. • Quickly and accurately define the needs of the key buying influencers. • Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales automation platforms, and other relevant sales technologies to manage customer relationships, develop sales proposals, track sales performance, and optimize the sales process. • Orient the organization around delivering to the key needs of clients.
