We are expanding support for our team members through this newly created position. This role will be required to be onsite at our Pierce Manufacturing facility in Bradenton, FL.
The Team Member Care Administrator serves as the first point of contact for all team member needs, delivering a seamless experience that reflects our People First Culture. This role is responsible for leave and attendance administration, payroll processing, and record management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. In partnership with the HR team, this position also supports the candidate and onboarding experience, helping new team members transition smoothly into the organization.
The administrator manages team member information within Workday and timekeeping systems, performing payroll audits, reporting, and corrections as needed. They coordinate leave requests (medical and non-medical), short- and long-term disability benefits, and the return-to-work process in collaboration with the Occupational Health Nurse and HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role partners with team members, COEs, payroll, process owners, and third-party administrators to deliver an experience that reinforces our People First Culture and supports overall team member well-being.
YOUR IMPACT:

+ **Team Member Service/Engagement** : Update team member time and attendance records in timekeeping system to ensure accurate tracking of time-off, leaves, return to work data and ensure that time and payroll records are processed in an accurate and timely manner on a weekly basis. Support and audit the processing of mass data uploads of one-time payments specific to the business unit such as safety shoe reimbursements, production merit etc
+ **Technical/Systems Administration** : Update team member attendance and payroll records to ensure accurate tracking of time-off, intermittent leaves, return to work data, and ensure that pay is processed in an accurate and timely manner. Provide guidance and information to create connections and remove barriers throughout their leave/life event experience to ensure they are cared for in a People First manner.
+ **Partnership** : Work collaboratively with leaders to ensure they are aware of time and attendance, absence and leave, and return to work processes and procedures; partner with team members and payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing and resolve issues; partner with third party administrators to ensure smooth claims processing and provide liaison with team members as needed. Field questions from leaders, HRBPs, Safety and Health Services, etc.
+ **Leave** **Administration/Processing** : Support Team Member Care Lead with leave administration, auditing and processing of disability pay and update timekeeping system where applicable.
+ **Measurement** : Track key metrics and generate reports for leaders and key stakeholders to bring awareness to usage and other key metrics to enable effective leader decision making.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Be the voice of the customer by channeling feedback from team members and leaders to drive continuous process improvement and create better team member experiences.
MINIMUM** **QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
+ One (1) or more years of relevant experience in HR or customer care.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Experience using people technology, time and attendance systems and benefit platforms. (i.e. Workday, UKG, Reliance Matrix, etc.)
+ Prior experience processing payroll as a payroll administrator.
+ Knowledge of benefit programs and legislation related to team member leaves of absence (i.e. Family Medical Leave Act, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability benefit plans).
+ Previous experience with team member support and care within a manufacturing environment.
+ Demonstrated passion for serving team members.
+ Possess exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
+ Ability to solve problems and develop continuous improvement solutions to better serve team members.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive information.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

+ This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
+ Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
+ Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
+ Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$44,500.00 - $68,300.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
