JOB SUMMARY: This role requires more independent assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with some mentoring or Level 1 technicians. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. • Assemble more complex prototype components and subassemblies with minimum supervision. • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes. • Perform advanced quality checks and tests on assembled prototypes. • Collaborate and provide feedback to engineering teams. • Assist with training Level 1 technicians. • Work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-5 years of experience in manual assembly. • High school diploma or GED required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong mechanical aptitude. • Advanced ability to read and interpret assembly drawings. • Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment. • Good Communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team.
