About the Role
The Sr Director of HR Operations will oversee all operational functions and activities of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. It will also be the principal person in charge of implementing and monitoring compensation and benefits; performance management as well as maintaining HR operational systems within the organization. Ultimately, the Director of HR Operations will ensure our HR operational initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. This position reports to the CHRO.
Job Location
Hybrid: You will work out of our office in St. Paul, MN however have hybrid work options.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Set objectives for the HR operations and track progress
+ Manage, monitor, and improve HR workflows, systems and databases
+ Overall responsibility for development, execution, and management of compensation and benefits plans
+ Manage, monitor and create reporting, including detailed reporting of key HR metrics; ensure integrity of HR data
+ Employee Relations: Act as a coach/consultant to managers and employees regarding HC policies, practices and procedures
+ Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead
+ Perform other responsibilities and duties as directed or assigned
Requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in IR/HR or related/relevant field
Experience:
+ 8+ years of working experience in HR Operations with responsibilities around employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits admin, and compliance.
+ 3+ years of working experience in a management/leadership role.
