CTG is seeking to fill a BEOL Integration Engineer position for our client in Malta, NY.
**Duration:** 6 months
Role Overview:
This contract role requires a BEOL integration technical expert with 15+ years of hands-on experience in integrating materials and structures into semiconductor process flows that meet yield, reliability, and performance goals. The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on complex integration challenges and sharing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and mentor teams on BEOL integration strategies and problem-solving approaches.
+ Integrate materials and structures into process flows, ensuring technology criteria are met.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process and integration issues.
+ Provide technical guidance and document best practices for complex integration challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ 15+ years of BEOL integration experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
+ Deep understanding of materials, structures, and process flows.
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve process yield and reliability.
+ Strong mentorship and team leadership capabilities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
