CTG is seeking to fill a SAP FIN FI Consultant position for our client in Bakersfield, CA.

**Duration:** 11 months

Duties:

+ Implement and configure SAP FIN FI solutions to meet client business needs.

+ Work directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and serve as a trusted business advisor.

+ Analyze and translate complex business requirements into effective SAP FIN FI configurations and process improvements.

+ Lead solution design workshops, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for development and integration.

+ Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

+ Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.

+ Collaborate across teams to promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning within the project environment.

Skills:

+ Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FIN FI (Finance and Financial Accounting).

+ In-depth understanding of core financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

+ Proficiency in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP FIN FI modules.

+ Experience with integration points between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.).

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to work effectively in team-oriented environments.

Experience:

+ 7+ years of experience in SAP FIN FI implementation and support roles.

+ Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP FIN FI projects across multiple industries.

+ Experience with S/4HANA Finance preferred.

+ Background in requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, and system testing.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

+ SAP FIN FI certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $93.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
