Loan Administration Management Team – Vice President
**Job Summary:** The Vice President will lead transaction lifecycle management for Sponsor Finance & Direct Lending (SF&DL) deals, ensuring seamless coordination across legal, compliance, operations, and front office teams. This role will report into SF&DL, and will oversee closing execution, regulatory adherence, lifecycle monitoring, and post-closing servicing, while driving process improvements and managing team deliverables.
Pre-Closing Responsibilities:
+ Oversee review of legal documents and ensure accurate entry of facility terms into GCARS and other systems.
+ Manage coordination with KYC, Legal, and Sponsor Coverage teams for client onboarding and MNPI compliance.
+ Supervise completion of credit application forms and ensure consistency with internal templates and regulatory requirements.
+ Lead finalization of BR and LGD ratings and ensure environmental risk assessments are completed.
+ Oversee creation of CHUB profiles, Midcorp/COI cases, and document validation for new and existing clients.
+ Ensure readiness for funding by confirming checklist completion and wire execution.
+ Coordinate with GRM team for O&D deal screening and closing.
Post-Closing & Lifecycle Responsibilities:
+ Lead monitoring of lifecycle events and servicing requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Manage client expectations and inquiries for post-closing servicing.
+ Oversee manual vs. STP processes and ensure accuracy of manual workflows.
+ Maintain and remediate issues log with cross-functional partners.
+ Monitor compliance with Flood/UCC terms, renewals, and expirations.
+ Oversee document storage, payoff documentation, and covenant tracking.
+ Maintain robust understanding of MUFG systems and process limitations to guide operational improvements.
+ Compile and present portfolio data for management reporting.
+ Ensure communication of account information across constituencies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of experience in leveraged finance, loan closing, or credit operations.
+ Proven leadership in managing complex transactions and cross-functional coordination.
+ Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, credit risk, and operational workflows.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
+ Experience with internal systems (GCARS, Optimist, Salesforce) and regulatory tools.
+ The typical **base pay** range for this role is between $120k-$140k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role will be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
