    You Have:

    + 3+ years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst supporting technical projects

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

    + Experience with systems engineering or engineering management

    + Experience with developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, risk registers, and project baselines

    + Experience with facilitating cross-discipline collaboration among engineering, configuration management, logistics, and quality assurance teams

    + Experience preparing and presenting project status reports, metrics, and technical briefings to leadership and customers

    + Ability to develop and articulate scope, risk, cost, and performance parameters as well as mitigation strategies for technical and programmatic risks

    + Ability to ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements

    + Secret clearance

    + Bachelor's degree

    Nice If You Have:

    + Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition or systems integration programs

    + Top Secret clearance

    + Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related Engineering or Technical field

    + CompTIA Security+ Certification

    + PMP or related Certification

    + INCOSE CSEP or Advanced Systems Engineering Certification

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
