    The base salary for this position is $64,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000.

     

    This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday)

    Marketing Associates attract, grow, and retain Wayfair’s customer base through innovative marketing strategies. As an Associate, you’ll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantages for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience.

     

    Promotions Associate, Perigold

     

    Perigold is seeking a Promotions Associate to join the Perigold Marketing team. This role will oversee Perigold’s Promotional strategy, including event concepting and briefing, managing discount sourcing, site execution, and reporting. Additionally, this role will own the execution and measurement of special offers across channels and support the evolution of Perigold’s promotional capabilities. You’ll be an owner of the customer experience, ensuring that campaigns launch successfully as planned, with the right products, on-site and across marketing channels.

     

    This role is based in Boston and reports to Perigold’s Head of Brand Management, with significant cross-functional exposure across our Marketing, Category Management, and Creative organizations.

    What You'll Do:

    + Owns the major campaign execution timeline, in line with broader cross-functional timelines, to ensure curation and event production milestones are met before campaigns go live which includes:

    + Building briefs/phasing plans with input from broader team

    + Managing the discount sourcing process in partnership with CM, NARTA, Growth@

    + Curating and building promotional events based on inputs from automated logic, supplier priorities, and product line plans

    + Providing feedback on creative deliverables, in line with identified best practices

    + Executes end-to-end event production activities, including event creation, ensuring the right products are featured, ensuring the right imagery and copy is displayed, QAing the customer experience before go-live

    + Analyzes and reports on campaign performance to draw insights and areas for improvement. Supports efforts to further iterate on reporting capabilities to improve insights and decision making

    + Builds a deep understanding of event tech & tools, and troubleshoots bugs/issues as they arise

    What You’ll Need:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 1-3 years of professional transferrable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience

    + You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

    + Strong verbal and written skills including distilling data into compelling, insight-led presentations

    + Superb project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at once

    + Balance strong analytical skills with effective communication

    + Critical thinking, including the ability to break down complex ideas and generate insights and solutions or strategically build a story from large data sets

    + A deep understanding of and curiosity about consumer behavior and trends

    + Collaborative attitude that thrives as part of a team

    + High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously

    + An ownership mindset with the ability to streamline processes and thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a “get stuff done” attitude

    + Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement and learning, working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
