Zurich North America is hiring an EUC AI Automation Lead to join our team!

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Automation Lead to drive intelligent automation initiatives across the enterprise. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft technologies, scripting languages, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, scripting, and a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across business units.

+ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for AI and automation workflows.

+ Build and optimize scripts using Python and PowerShell for automation and orchestration.

+ Architect and implement RAG-based solutions and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.

+ Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLMs into business processes.

+ Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to build low-code/no-code automation solutions.

+ Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI automation solutions.

+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and automation engineers.

+ Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming areaOR

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming areaOR

+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming areaAND

+ Experience working at multiple phases of database management

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.

+ Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Python, and PowerShell.

+ Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

+ Solid understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

+ Experience with Azure OpenAI or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.

+ Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.

+ Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.

+ Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The proposed salary range for this position is $108,200.00 - $177,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
