*Who We're Looking For*

We’re seeking safety-conscious, self-motivated electricians who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial setting

*What You’ll Do*

* Troubleshoot and maintain AC/DC motors, generators, and machine controls

* Work with PLCs (Allen Bradley Rockwell experience is a plus), computers, and electronics

* Diagnose and repair electrical systems using blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

* Run conduit, wire systems, and support PLC programming and upgrades

*What You Bring*

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

* Basic computer and networking skills

* Experience with variable speed AC & DC drives

* Strong PLC and trouble shooting skills (Allen Bradley Rockwell knowledge is a plus)

* Willingness to work any shift and perform all essential functions of this position (including working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs., and operating in dusty or extreme environments)

*Compensation:*Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of*$34.775-42.665 per hour *based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.

*Paid Time Off or Vacation:*This position receives paid vacation eligibility in accordance with our union collective bargaining agreement. We offer paid vacation and holidays, more information can be provided upon request.
