Job Description
+ Develop and execute sales plans to recruit new third-party sellers and expand product offerings across key categories.
+ Identify, approach, and onboard qualified sellers, ensuring a smooth setup process.
+ Manage ongoing seller relationships, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and performance improvement.
+ Negotiate and close new seller agreements in collaboration with senior management.
+ Analyze sales data, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
+ Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and sales strategies.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to improve seller experience and resolve issues.
+ Provide consistent pipeline updates, performance reports, and forecasts to management.
+ Participate in industry events and business development initiatives to strengthen Newegg’s brand presence and partnerships.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2–4 years of experience in business development, marketplace sales, or e-commerce account management.
+ Experience with third-party provider platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or SalesCloud is highly preferred.
+ Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital sales strategies, and online retail ecosystems.
+ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and partnership goals.
+ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
+ Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
+ Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric mindset.
Pay Transparency
This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $68,640 - $85,000 annually.
