    What You’ll Do

     

    As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience while learning the JD Service Now way of doing things — the right way.

    You will:

    + Assist technicians in delivering high-quality customer service

    + Use and maintain company tools and equipment properly

    + Learn and apply JD Service Now methods and safety procedures

    + Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times

    + Attend classroom training, coaching meetings, and required check-ins

    + Complete coursework and skills development tasks within assigned timelines

    + Represent and promote JD Service Now Core Values in your daily work

    + Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

     

    What It Takes to Succeed

     

    This role is a fit for someone motivated and excited to build a trade career. You:

     

    + Have strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

    + Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately

    + Are comfortable working indoors/outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions

    + Have basic safety awareness and commitment to safe practices

    + Demonstrate reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork

    + Are willing to complete all required training and certifications
