             Sr. Program Manager, Corporate Events + Job: 34760-EBOA + Team:Marketing Communications + Location:US-MA-Natick + Salary Range: $96,500 - $149,600 + Date posted: 2025-07-28 Job Summary Seeking a strategic program manager to lead the planning and execution of a robust customer advisory board event series across the US and Europe. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams from pre-planning through execution to post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes. Responsibilities + Program Leadership:Design and manage a comprehensive event program encompassing in-person, virtual, and hybrid customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. + Strategic Alignment:Collaborate with leaders in software development, marketing, and sales to understand business goals and integrate them into program strategies and activities. + Scalable Modeling: Develop a scalable framework for satellite offices with self-serve resources and explicit instructions, enabling effective local execution and seamless integration with main event. + Standardization Efforts:Cultivate relationships with global event owners to establish program best practices and drive standardization efforts to create a unified flagship program brand, ensuring consistency and scalability globally. + Vendor Management:Identify, assess, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring they meet program standards and contribute to overall success. + Project Planning:Define clear project milestones and deadlines, coordinating planning teams to ensure timely and successful execution of program components. + Resource Allocation:Review roles and responsibilities within planning teams to ensure adequate resourcing, proactively addressing gaps. + Risk Management:Identify potential roadblocks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring program continuity and success. + Performance Measurement:Develop and execute a detailed measurement strategy to track the effectiveness and ROI of each initiative, applying insights for continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications + A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications + Preferred: CMP/CMM certification. + Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable program strategies. + Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and drive improvements. + Excellent communication and relationship management skills. + Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional programs and leading diverse teams. + Expertise in resource management, budgeting, and strategic planning. + Experience with implementing program management systems and tools.
