JOB SUMMARY
SnapNrack is looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, marketing programs, and digital content. This role plays a key part in helping our marketing team bring campaigns and events to life—from coordinating logistics and materials to creating and publishing on-brand content.
Based at SnapNrack’s Lehi, UT facility, this position helps manage marketing inventory, event materials, and creative production efforts, including studio setup for video and photography projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys being involved in both the behind-the-scenes coordination and hands-on execution of marketing activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, distributor events, and installer trainings, including shipping, setup, registration, and on-site needs.
Manage event materials such as displays, signage, and giveaways to ensure everything is organized, current, and event-ready.
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Track and maintain inventory of marketing displays and supplies stored in the Lehi office.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Create, schedule, and post content across SnapNrack’s social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing priorities.
Assist in building and sending email campaigns and newsletters through HubSpot or similar platforms.
Manage updates to the SnapNrack website, including new product pages, resource uploads, and content organization.
Coordinate photo and video shoots, including assisting with studio setup, filming, and live streaming at the Lehi office.
Sales Enablement & Collateral
Create and update branded Google Slide decks, flyers, and brochures for the sales and product teams.
Maintain a shared library of marketing assets and ensure all materials follow SnapNrack’s brand standards.
Distribute updated materials to sales reps, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders.
Marketing Operations & Team Support
Help track project timelines, event schedules, and deliverables using shared tools and spreadsheets.
Maintain an organized and stocked marketing workspace in the Lehi office.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support ongoing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ 1–3 years of marketing coordination, event planning, or creative content experience.
+ Experience in B2B or technical industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong organization and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication, copywriting, and attention to detail.
+ Experience creating and posting content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
+ Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva; experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
+ Positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, especially for supporting events and communicating with installer audiences.

$29.48 to $39.30
