Responsibilities
Brightstar is seeking a fresh, new leader for the South Denver, CO area to serve as a Field Services Supervisor. Suppose responsibilities such as leading a team, facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional meetings, developing action items, and monitoring and reporting project milestones in the gaming industry excite you. + Responsible for transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
+ Attend driver training and follow Brightstar vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
+ Maintain equipment to promote the continuous operation of Brightstar equipment.
+ Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, and/or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component.
+ Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately report activity, arrival and departure times and problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.
+ Deliver marketing supplies and consumable items, such as paper, ribbons, and betslips, and track their inventory.
+ Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
+ Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc.
Qualifications
+ High school degree or GED equivalent required.
+ At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
+ At least 1 -2 years of experience in technical repairs.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record and demonstrate the ability to correctly perceive colors.
Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds for a significant distance (e.g., from a parked vehicle to a point within the Retailer's location or to the rooftop of the retailer's location).
+ Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time, demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and work with moving parts and electrical current.
+ May work at heights (rooftop) for installation of equipment, work in close quarters and/or; be exposed to inclement weather during some installations.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting salary range is _$44,283 - $55,120_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short-term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles maybe eligible for long-term incentive bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
