In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive care to our patients, encompassing primary care, public health initiatives, disease management, prevention strategies, wellness programs, and mental health support.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    + Starting pay begins at $29.90 per hour and increases with experience

    + Pay range: $29.90 - $44.86 per hour

    + Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

    Schedule

     

    + Part-time | 32 hours every two weeks (may flex up).

    + Two days per week, Working Monday – Friday (flexible on days) between 8am – 5pm.

    Qualifications

    + Successful completion of a paramedic program.

    + Successful completion of a community paramedic course.

    + Community Paramedic Certification required.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

    + NIMMS 100,200,700 certification.

    + Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRT) preferred.

    + 2+ years EMS experience preferred.

    + A driving record in good standing and a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required.

    + Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.

    + Exceptional Communication and customer service skills.
