Responsibilities You will begin serve as the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Level IV Agency Program Coordinator (APC). You will provide oversight and technical guidance for the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program. You will ensure the resolution and reconciliation of disputed transaction reports through stringent attention to detail and decisive actions to avoid suspension of accounts. You will review purchase card transactions in web-based applications and maintain electronic system configurations and ensures open dialog with configuration data managers. You will perform internal reviews and audits of credit card records and usage by conducting semi-annual site visits to all squadrons/directorates ensuring compliance with established procedures and periodic inspector general audits. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, managing, and maintaining the government commercial purchase card program for compliance; and researching, analyzing, and coordinating with customers to resolve unique problems or complex non-recurring projects. Education A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
