Job Description
A client is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. As an Outbound SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of their growth, driving pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with financial advisors and decision-makers across RIAs and broker-dealer networks. This is a purely outbound role where you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process from sourcing your own leads using tools like Discovery Data, to crafting personalized outreach cadences in Salesloft, to executing 100+ cold calls a day. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, educating them on their cutting-edge AI assistant that’s purpose-built for financial professionals and designed to meet strict compliance standards. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain a high standard of meeting quality. With no rigid territories and evolving metrics, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and help shape their outbound strategy. Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to generate your own leads using tools like Discovery Data, Salesloft, etc.
- Familiarity with Salesloft cadences and CRM workflows
- Self-starter mindset with tolerance for ambiguity and evolving metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited structure
