• Product Manager - Data Mapping (India)

    Job Description

    American Express is looking to hire two contract Product Managers in Gurgaon, India. This individual will oversee post-application approval processes, ensuring that data of applications flow seamlessly through multiple platforms. They will manage data mapping exercises to guarantee accurate attribute transfers between acquisition systems and downstream platforms. Daily tasks include gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving delivery timelines while escalating issues when necessary. The role involves using JIRA and Rally to track initiatives, monitor progress, and maintain transparency across projects. Additionally, the person will support platform migration efforts, transitioning acquisition workflows from legacy systems to a modern tech stack. Throughout, they will ensure that approval communications and marketing materials reach customers promptly and accurately.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner with an emphasis in data mapping or data management

     

    - Proficiency within Jira and Rally during project management process - Experience working within financial services space
