Job Description
The Learning & Development Operations Specialist will support the global Learning & Development team, focusing on operational support for the firms Acceleration Centers (ACs) located worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring that learners in these centers have access to the training content they need. This includes troubleshooting access issues, communicating with AC staff across different time zones and cultures, and assisting with upskilling initiatives.
Responsibilities:
•Provide operational support for learning and development activities within global Acceleration Centers.
•Troubleshoot learner access issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
•Communicate effectively with AC staff (often non-native English speakers) via email, instant messaging, and virtual meetings.
•Assist with upskilling and training initiatives for AC L&D staff.
•Utilize ServiceNow (ticketing system) to manage learner support requests.
•Research and learn new systems and technologies related to learning and development.
•Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent support.

Skills and Requirements
• 2-3 Years in a L&D role
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone OnDemand or similar
• Proven experience working with global teams or individuals from different cultural background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Interest in learning and upskilling in L&D systems and processes.
• Self-starter mentality with strong accountability and responsibility.
• Experience working in a virtual environment. • Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.
• Prior experience working for a Big Four accounting firm or similar professional services organization.
