As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the AI Innovation Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying intelligent, data-driven applications and platforms that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business experts to prototype, productize, and scale innovative healthcare technology solutions — from predictive models to intelligent automation and visualization tools.
Your work will span the full technology stack, from back-end APIs and databases to front-end user experiences, transforming AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions that improve both business and clinical outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in front-end technologies (React or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java)
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Chroma, or similar
• Strong skills in building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, including serving models and integrating APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, etc.)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within data privacy and security compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environments
• Familiarity with data engineering and MLOps practices (ETL pipelines, feature stores, model deployment)
• Exposure to LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Knowledge of visualization and reporting tools such as Superset or Streamlit
• Passion for using technology to improve patient and member outcomes
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
