Job Description
We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager, to join our team and oversee our clients core industry verticals: Industrial, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Developers. You will lead the development and execution of highly targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on strategic accounts. Your role will bridge marketing and sales to drive engagement, product marketing, demand generation, and revenue operates to accelerate pipeline growth, and increase revenue from high-value clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying key accounts, crafting personalized marketing strategies, and measuring campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Execute ABM programs across digital and offline channels with content tailored to buying committees.
Manage ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demand base, ZoomInfo)
Deliver account-level insights and expansion opportunities to Sales with recommendations for next steps.
Ensure sales engagement and adoption of the tools and the overall program.
This role is onsite in Downtown Denver 3 days a week and offering a base salary of 120-140k.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in ABM or enterprise marketing.
Proven success in developing and executing ABM campaigns.
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Experience in high-volume hiring or talent acquisition marketing.
Familiarity with ABM tools and platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
