    Job Description

    Employment Type: Full-Time

     

    Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and exposure to commercial projects. The Foreman will oversee daily job site operations, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship across all phases of construction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including residential and commercial projects.

     

    Lead and manage construction crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

     

    Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

     

    Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company standards.

     

    Perform and oversee tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and basic carpentry.

     

    Diagnose and prevent leaks and structural issues.

     

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

     

    Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and concerns.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction; commercial experience is a plus.

     

    Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

     

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

     

    Strong leadership and communication skills.

     

    Willingness to travel locally
