Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Program Manager, to join a global consulting firm assisting on an Experience Layer project to evaluate headless CMS/DXP platforms and define targeted POC. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day delivery across vendors and internal stakeholders, own the master plan and cadence for demos, deep dives, and POCs, as well as schedule and coordinate demos/workshops; prep agendas, success criteria, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have experience managing POC definitions (use cases, data sets, success metrics), and tracking outcomes/readouts. This position will have high visibility, experience preparing and delivering executive-level status updates is a must. This position will be fully remote, sitting in LATAM working EST hours.

Pay-rate: $35 to $45/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

Skills and Requirements

-5–7+ years program/project management for enterprise SaaS platform selections (CMS/DXP or adjacent: Martech, CDP, DAM).

-Experience creating project plans, managing & tracking POC definitions, and analyzing project data

-Experience supporting projects or programs in the business applications, system implementation, or enterprise engineering space.

-Experience own the master plan and cadence for demos, deep dives, and POCs; keep deliverables on track.

-Comfortable working across engineering, security, procurement, and business stakeholders.

-Demonstrated operational rigor (roadmaps, RAID, OKRs/metrics) and strong written communication. -Nice to have: familiarity with headless architectures, API-first platforms, analytics/RUM, and composable stacks
