    Role Overview

    This role leads commercial growth in the Bay Area market. It’s ideal for a senior sales executive with a strong track record in consultative enterprise sales and multimillion-euro revenue generation. Initially an individual contributor, the position will evolve into building and leading a high-performing sales team.

     

    The VP will shape go-to-market strategies, develop strategic relationships with top-tier clients, and position the organization as a trusted AI partner for enterprise innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed annual revenue targets (>$12M).

    • Lead enterprise-level consultative sales to large corporates and blue-chip clients.

    • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level).

    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

    • Maintain accurate forecasts and a data-driven pipeline.

    • Provide market insights to inform strategic decisions.

    • Define scalable sales processes and prepare for future team expansion.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

    • 15+ years of sales experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.

    • Proven success in generating €12M+ annual revenue through enterprise sales.

    • Strong background in consultative selling to large corporates.

    • Experience in AI or top consulting firms (e.g., EY, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey).

    • Startup or scale-up experience with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

    • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Analytical and data-driven, with strong stakeholder influence capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or dual background in technical and business disciplines.

    • Familiarity with advanced AI technologies.
