    Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to join a growing Light Therapy Studio in Richmond, VA. This individual will play a key role in driving membership growth by converting leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a passion for wellness and a proven track record in membership-based sales.

     

    Overview: Reporting to the Owner, the Sales Manager will research, obtain approval, schedule and lead pop-up events. They will also be responsible for sales initiatives on-site . The SM has oversight and responsibility for all day-to-day activities of the business location. The position will be responsible for hiring, training and leading sales associates. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Pop-Up Marketing Initiatives - Schedule and manage pop-up booth operations to promote the business and generate membership leads.

    • Business Partnerships - Collaborate with business owners to identify, organize, and secure partnerships with local businesses.

    • Membership & Revenue Growth - Drive studio membership and revenue through strategic business development and networking.

    • Community Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

    • Lead Management - Execute lead generation and nurturing strategies with consistent follow-up and engagement.

    • Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed goals.

    • Studio Culture - Foster a positive and motivating studio environment for both staff and clients.

    • Performance Metrics - Ensure the studio meets key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, membership retention, and growth.

    • Operations Oversight - Oversee inventory, facility maintenance, and studio cleanliness.

    • Sales Training - Train and coach staff in consultative selling to build a strong client base and meet KPIs.

    • Performance Management - Address performance issues and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.

    • Daily Operations - Manage day-to-day studio operations to ensure excellent customer service and workflow efficiency.

    • Compensation - Base salary plus commission plan.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role

     

    o Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a growth-driven environment

     

    o Experience in Sales/Networking/Business development

     

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

    - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

     

    - Strong organizational and time management skills

     

    - Experience with Canva/Social Media posts

     

    - Experienced people manager (payroll, scheduling, training) - Experience in the Health & Wellness Industry

     

    - Strong understanding of membership sales

     

    - Experience managing social media accounts

     

    - Experience with Mind Body Platform
