    Job Description

    Insight global is looking for an Alteryx Developer to join one of their New York financial clients in office 5 days a week. This person will be independently designing and implementing products throughout the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), including coding, testing, and documentation, data mapping, design, and deployment of integration solutions. They will collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve delivery velocity, support cross-functional team needs, and actively participate in the community of practice by sharing knowledge and best practices with peers.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3+ recent years of experience as an Alteryx developer - designing and developing data integration workflows, macros, data validation, data transformations, macros, data cleansing, using Alteryx Designer

     

    - 7+ years of data integration experience writing complex SQL queries and building federated queries to connect/source data to/from SQL , NoSQL, API, CSV, Excel, Parquet, SharePoint List, email type repositories

     

    - Strong development experience in Python

     

    - 1-2 years of experience in developing AWS Lambda/functions using python or Java or JavaScript - Experience in scripting languages like AWK/bash shell scripting is beneficial.

     

    - 3+ years of Experience with AWS for building data workflows and transformations using AWS Glue, Aws Ethena, S3, DynamoDB, Postgres
