    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversees all manufacturing operations and personnel. This role manages daily plant activities, leads production teams, and implements best practices in safety, quality, and cost control. The Manufacturing Manager develops and executes strategies to optimize workflow, improve productivity, and meet production targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance departments, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in manufacturing management, and comes from a DoD background.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Masters in STEM field (mechanical, industrial, civil, electrical, aerospace)

    • 15+ years of experience in engineering

    • 5+ years in leadership or engineering management- experience with overseeing people, creating schedules and procedures, and training

    • Background supporting Army and aviation customers
