    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    - Electrical experience - specifically has experience with rectifiers

    • Need someone who has the experience fixing or working on these

    - Strong understanding of the chemicals in the environment:

    • Understanding various chemical compounds, how to drain tubs, clean the tubs, how much to put in each tub, etc.

     

    - Experience leading plating line operators in the past

     

    - High school diploma or GED required

     

    - Prior plating and chemical processing experience

     

    - Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and technical drawings.

     

    - Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

     

    - Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.

     

    - Comfortable working around chemicals, hot liquids, and industrial equipment.

     

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in manufacturing, chemistry, or metal finishing is a plus.

    • Prior plating, chemical processing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not always required; on-the-job training provided.

    • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and technical drawings.

    • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

    • Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.

    • Comfortable working around chemicals, hot liquids, and industrial equipment.

     

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Environment

     

    • Industrial plating shop environment with exposure to chemicals, heat, fumes, and noise.

    • Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, goggles, face shield, and respirator where necessary.

     

    Work may involve overtime or shift rotation depending on production needs.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 -$110,000 per year annual salary.
