Job Summary:
As the Supply Chain Information Systems Analyst II, you design, write, and develop reports to track financial and supply chain performance for administration, management, and end users.
You maintain database and other master files related to Lawson applications including Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, Contracting and Lawson Business Intelligence.
In this role, you serve as liaison support to Information Systems as well as internal system users, business process owners and vendors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree **or** 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain systems and data analysis
**Skills** :
+ Proficient in Microsoft office applications (i.e., MS Word, Excel, etc.)
+ Demonstrated ability to work well with diverse people, excellent human relation skills and customer service skills.
+ Must have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
+ Must be able to prepare information for project presentations and may function as a team lead.
+ Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond.
+ Strong customer service orientation.
+ Approachable and able to mentor Supply Chain Analysts and other Supply Chain staff.
+ Ability to prioritize and react to ever changing priorities.
+ Excellent and efficient communication skills, both oral and written
+ Ability to multi-task and cope with frequent interruptions
+ Efficient and produces accurate and high-quality work.
+ Self-starter, independent worker, and problem solver
+ Sees projects through completion, communicates barriers to supervisor.
+ Able to identify and implement better business practices.
+ Courteous to others and portrays a positive attitude.
+ Punctual / responds timely to customer requests.
**Years of Experience** : 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain systems and/or data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Master’s degree in Information Systems or Supply Chain Management
**Skills** :
+ Experience with Power BI or database reporting
+ Experience in Infor Cloud Suite ERP
+ Proven Experience in Windows (Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Experience in third-party reporting systems (such as Crystal Reports, Access, SQL, VB)
**Years of Experience** : 3-5 years with: Lawson/Infor, Supply chain systems and data analysis, and maintaining a Supply Chain ERP system
