    What You’ll Do as ADON:

    + Support the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing department

    + Conduct rounds to ensure excellent resident care and assist with quality improvement

    + Mentor and guide nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture

    + Help manage scheduling, compliance, and department operations

    + Participate in the leadership on-call rotation

    What You Need:

    + Active RN license (Iowa or ability to activate compact license)

    + Current CPR certification

    + Long-term care / skilled nursing experience strongly preferred

    + Passion for leadership, resident care, and professional growth
