Job Description Summary
The role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Services Cash in GE Commercial Programs. The role will report to the FP&A Leader, GE Commercial Programs and will lead the transition for Services cash being performed at a channel level to a product line level. The ideal candidate will be process oriented, have strong financial analysis skills, and have excellent project management skills.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Lead the transition for GE Programs product lines for Services Cash from a channel orientation to a product line orientation, including the forecasting, closing, and reporting processes
+ Responsible for managing the business cycles for Services Cash across GE Programs product lines - strategy, budget, forecasts across channels and sub-product line levels in the organization
+ Support monthly and quarterly closing process for Services Cash across GE Programs product lines
+ Utilizing Flight Deck, partner with product line finance teams to drive standardization, efficiency, and accuracy in forecasting, closing, and reporting processes
+ Partner with CES FP&A to develop standardized reporting, KPI’s, and rhythms at the product line level for Services Cash
+ Develop standard training materials for Services cash and lead education sessions with the broader product line operating teams on how to understand services cash flows as well as the operating levers that will drive improvement
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6+ years Finance experience
+ Excellent verbal / written communication skills and ability to communicate with Senior Leaders
+ Strong process optimization financial analysis skills
Desired Characteristics
+ Prior experience/knowledge of Commercial Services business
+ Strong understanding of statement of cash flows
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
+ Established project management skills, with a proven ability to lead programs and projects to successful outcomes.
+ Strong ability to present complex financial data and strategies to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
+ Flexibility and willingness to accept new challenges
