Bounce ABA provides exceptional ABA services to developmentally delayed children. At Bounce ABA, we care with heart and focus on small steps that lead to big change! We are passionate about ABA therapy and focus on maximizing each child's potential to give them a life of independence, happiness, and success.

We are excited to announce that we are opening a center for the 2023-2024 school year! We are looking for instructional assistants to join our growing team. Full time/part time in center positions available! In home positions are available as well. Our BCBAs provide excellent training and our back office is here to support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

+ Be loving, professional, and courteous!

+ Implement 1:1 ABA therapy to developmentally delayed children. Services are supervised by a BCBA

+ Collect data and record it accurately daily

+ Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, and office staff

Requirements:

+ Access to reliable transportation

+ Minimum of high school diploma or GED

+ Comfortable working with children
