Today, Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has grown to 10 locations around the Valley. Job Description
We Are Seeking:
Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a full-time **Bilingual(Spanish) Medical Receptionist** to join our fun and talented team.
Job Duties:
+ Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
+ Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
+ Answering phones
+ Electronic scheduling
+ Data entry
+ Verifying current personal and financial information
+ Verifying insurance and maintaining authorizations necessary for care
+ Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
+ Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
+ Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High school graduate or equivalent
+ **Must be bilingual in Spanish**
+ Excellent telephone skills
+ Proficient in Word and Excel
+ Preferred experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft, or other medical software
+ Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
+ Flexibility with hours
+ Attention to detail
+ Time management skills
+ Organization and ability to multi-task
