Job Summary:

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Product Sales team is no exception to creating thisexperience of a lifetime. Responsible for managing product and service sales operations, Product Sales Managers are devotedleaders committed to staff development and guest experience.

Job Specifications:

+ Outlet: Heavenly

+ Starting Wage: $25.00/hr -$29.55/hr

+ Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026

+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available

+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

+ Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all product sales operations such as staffing, training, payroll, budgets, inventory, equipment, and volunteer programs;collaborating with other departments as necessary

+ Manage teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, correctionaction or escalations if necessary

+ Maintain quality of product sales and guest service, assisting with guest questions, comments and complaints ensuring timelyresolutions

+ Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

+ Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities

+ Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; some college preferred

+ 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field preferred

+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications

+ Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements

+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr -$29.55/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
