    **Schedule:** Full-Time, 2nd Shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday; OT as needed)

    **Pay Rate:** $21.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

    **Assignment:** 12-Month Consultant Role

     

    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Powder Coating Technician** to join our team, partnering with a leader in the **aerospace industry** . This entry-level position plays a critical role in producing top-quality aircraft seating components. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a high-performance environment where precision, teamwork, and safety drive success.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate powder coating equipment efficiently and safely under supervision.

    + Follow work orders and standard procedures to complete coating tasks.

    + Inspect coated parts to meet quality standards and specifications.

    + Support inventory management by ensuring materials and supplies are available.

    + Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

    + Be available for overtime as needed to meet production goals.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 0–1 year of experience in a powder coating or manufacturing environment

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills

    + Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings

    + Commitment to wearing PPE and following safety protocols **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred:

    + Familiarity with masking, hanging, coating, and inspecting parts

    + Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward learning and cross-training

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
