    **Schedule:** Full-Time, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

    **Pay Rate:** $34.17 per hour

    **Assignment:** 12-Month Consultant Role

     

    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Financial Analyst** to support our partner, a leader in the **aerospace industry** . In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and preparing Military Spares and Repair Pricing Proposals—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with both government and corporate requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to advancing defense and aerospace programs that power the future.

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop, prepare, and analyze Military Spares and Repair Pricing Proposals in compliance with government regulations, company policies, and company procedures.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Proposal Management, Program Management, and Cost Estimating teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in cost and pricing data.

    + Conduct detailed cost and price analyses to support new and follow-on business proposals for U.S. and international government customers.

    + Participate in and support internal and external audit activities.

    + Assist proposal teams during customer price negotiations by providing financial insights and documentation.

    + Ensure all pricing deliverables meet compliance standards and deadlines.

    What You’ll Bring

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or comparable relevant experience)

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Familiarity with government pricing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

    + Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and data validation **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).     **Pay Details:** $34.17 per hour
