Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Marine Electricians** for projects located in the **Tampa, FL area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$32/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Install and upgrade power distribution and communication systems

+ Solve complex and dynamic problems in the field, including those involving VFDs and PLCs

+ Design and build solutions for automation needs and hazardous area environments

+ Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals, and ability to create simple diagrams when needed

+ Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

+ Previous experience in electrical system design, power distribution, automation, instrumentation, or controls

+ PLC programming experience or a strong understanding of PLC operation and troubleshooting

+ Analog and digital motor control experience

+ Proficiency with electrical equipment and hand tools
