    Required Skills:

    Software Engineer, Systems Responsibilities:

    1. Overseeing data governance for large language and diffusion models, ensuring that we are training our models on safe data.

    2. Designing and building the infrastructure to ensure privacy, legal and regulatory compliance.

    3. Designing and building the tooling for modeling teams to correctly mitigate their data and support the auditors in assessing the risks on the final datasets.

    4. Partner with central privacy to identify and understand regulatory risk and build suitable mitigations, respond to regulatory inquiries and align governance standards with governments worldwide.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    5. Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Physics or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation

    6. Experience must include 2 years in the following

    7. Large scale ML/AI regulatory and compliance experience (traditional ML or deep learning based models)

    8. Production ML training data systems engineering

    9. Large language model data and output risk management

    10. Coding in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript

    11. Software development tools including Code editors (VIM or Emacs) and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce)

    12. Core web technologies including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

    13. Building highly-scalable performant solutions

    14. Algorithms

    15. Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS as evidenced by file manipulation, advanced commands, and shell scripting

    16. Data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, computer graphics, or human-computer interaction

    17. Applying algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems as evidenced by recognizing and matching patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems

    18. Distributed systems

    Public Compensation:

    $217,528/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits
